The Current is a 166,000 SF, 202-unit mixed-use development featuring ground-floor retail, townhomes, a plant wall, and a spa amenity deck. The project incorporates innovative structural design, stormwater retention, and tuck-under parking, and achieved LEED Gold certification for its sustainable approach. The Current was executed by Horizon Realty Advisors where Graydon was the Development Director.
