Armed with the experience of developing more than 800-units and overseeing $250m in green certified new multifamily construction, Graydon Manning founded Manning Development Group to provide development management services for innovative multifamily and affordable real estate projects.
The experience MDG brings to our clients is rooted in environmental and economic sustainability. We ensure that project budgets are maximized using life cycle cost analysis during preconstruction and diligently manage private and public investment on behalf of our clients through construction and stabilization.
Graydon has executed large-scale renovation projects nationwide and delivered new construction assets throughout the Pacific Northwest. The majority of MDG’s current work is in the Puget Sound, our firm and Graydon’s home base.
