Woodland View is Homestead's second innovative mixed income condo project in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood. Like Nest, the development includes both market rate and permanently affordable condominiums, as well as a highly sustainable design approach. Woodland View homeowners enjoy amenities like a community lounge, rooftop deck and A la Mode Pies, who will operate from the commercial space. Woodland was executed by Homestead Community Land Trust, where Graydon managed the project as an Owner's Rep.
