C St. Suites is a 24,400SF, 20-unit mixed-use development in one of the premier locations in all of Pullman. The project incorporated innovative structural design to building structured parking on the sloped site, and achieved LEED Gold certification for its sustainable approach. C St. Suites was executed by Horizon Realty Advisors where Graydon was the Development Director.
