The James is a historic renovation in the heart of Tacoma's 6th Ave district. Just blocks from Tacoma General and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, the 1905 built former mansion of the Titlow family offers studios, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. The project included fully renovating the existing building and adding two new units on the site. The James was executed by Wisemann Properties, where Graydon is a partner.
